Yep, that's me as a child. In order to promote my new business, I'm not shy about displaying photos of the new me, and I guess I shouldn't be embarrassed to show the before photos either. But wow, was I fat and weak.

I started off researching fitness and nutrition simply because I wanted to get into shape and wasn't making any progress with the routines and diets I found in the fitness magazines or through the "big guys" at the gym. I was a "hard gainer" and I need to optimize my diet and workout.

Just as I think any trainer should "practice what they preach" (hence the more recent photos), I also don't think it's wise to look for a trainer that is just naturally muscular and lean. I've spent many years carving my physique, and optimizing my physical performance. I've used every workout and diet plan known to man. I know what works and what doesn't, and I know how to apply that to helping you achieve your goals.

Yes, some people do have an easier time than others at getting in shape, just as some people are better at math, and others are better "people people". We are all different, but that shouldn't stop you from achieving your goals if you're willing to work for them.

Give us a try. If I can transform myself this way, I have no doubt I can do incredible things for you as well!!!
